Hi all,
Hope you are doing well and that 2021 is off to a positive start! We are so excited to be conducting our first innovation challenge in transplant with our partner, CSL Behring. I am writing to see if you can help us spread the word to fellow entrepreneurs and patient innovators, as our submission window to apply is officially open until February 19, 2021.

We are looking for solutions that may address the following:

  • Directly treat or aid management of transplant (and/or) support overall physical and mental well-being
  • Target patients (recipients), donors, families, and loved ones (and/or) medical community and society
  • Address any stage of the journey from pre-transplantation through long-term management

Submissions should focus on innovative solutions with the potential to improve outcomes and experiences using devices, diagnostics, consumer products, products for healthcare professionals, digital healthcare or healthcare IT. While a patient’s physical health is an obvious priority, transplant recipients also might need emotional support following surgery due to feelings of isolation and high anxiety over possible organ failure.

Ten finalists will be selected to compete virtually on May 12-13, 2021 and the winner will receive $25k in support of their business concept.

Please pass this opportunity on to anyone who may be interested/qualify!

Lastly, please don't hesitate to reach out or refer a friend who may have questions about qualifications or the application.

Thank you so much,

Katie
