After months of hard work, and years since the initial idea, we are thrilled to announce, in collaboration with our partner, CSL Behring, the launch of TransplantLyfe - a digital connectivity platform for the transplant community built for patients by patients.
TransplantLyfe is everything our Founder, Karin, wished she had when she embarked on her transplant journey. Karin's experience, as well as the experiences of many of our Lyfebulb Ambassadors and input from medical and scientific thought leaders, helped shape the platform
features and determine what the community really needed from an online solution. TransplantLyfe has discussion forums and Q+As, the ability to connect 1:1 with people similar to you, resources on timely topics relevant to transplant, a journal to track individual metrics and more. All of these features have been carefully developed with the goal of being a safe and comprehensive place where the transplant community can find support in all stages of the journey.
